Please Martin its almost been a week now and I'm very anxious to get my business line operational.

Is there any chance the problem is a data replication error between the proxies? According to this post the master database is on one of the two US servers. You could try the other four proxies. The five proxies are:

proxy01.us1.voxalot.com
proxy02.us1.voxalot.com
proxy01.eu1.voxalot.com
proxy02.eu1.voxalot.com
proxy01.au1.voxalot.com

Thanks Boatman, that was a good thought. Alas I tried all proxies with the same forbidden result. Think I'll PM Martin and see if he will investigate the problem.

Interesting. The credentials you sent me worked fine in x-lite. Are you able to try x-lite yourself just to validate your network?

Hi Martin and thank you.

On your suggestion this morning I tried a soft-phone and behold it connected. I then returned to my ATA and found it still wouldn't connect until I used au.voxalot.com in all fields. I had definitely tried this earlier and it failed so something changed I think. None the less it seems a little confusing because you earlier advice was to use voxalot.com as the domain and au.voxalot.com as the proxy but this still fails.

Anyway I'm finally thankful to be able to use voxalot. I would like to respectfully suggest that Voxalot reform their current support practices as it can be very extremely frustrating slow. This was acceptable while voxalot was a free service but that isn't the case anymore and I believe paying clients should rightfully expect prompt support.
