![]() I just logged in to get my voicemail from Voxalot.com.au and noted that via the voxbone access number all the speech was very broken up. The "welcome to the sipbroker PSTN gateway" was awful and then when I dialed *7607500, the interaction with the mailbox voice was also broken. I don't think this is a voxalot.com.au problem but a voxbone problem.
Any ideas? |

![]() I was dialing from my office PSTN to voxbone. So I assume that means the DID I called is located somewhere overseas? In which case the call got routed overseas during a busy period, so it was crap?
I also got access to my Voxalot.com.au voicemail, in which case shouldn't sipbroker then be out of the picture as my call should have been rerouted from my PSTN phone DIRECTLY to voxalot.com.au bypassing sipbroker? |
