![]() Hello!
For my friend I have made an account with two VSP, one of them is with SIP Register set to Yes to be able to receive incoming calls. Everything was working ok until recently (week ago) when it started to return voice message that account is temporarily unavailable if I dial external DID number which is registered with that Voxalot account. If I dial Voxalot ID directly, then everything is ok. If I go to see status for two VSP's it shows that account is registered. Can you please tell me what is the problem? |

It appears that, as soon as I pick up the ringing phone, a signal goes to the caller that my phone is engaged or not available, so voice mail kicks in. I have not seen any comments from Voxalot staff when I posted about this problem previously, so they must be as baffled as I am. Pennytel said it is probably a Voxalot issue. Well, they would say that, wouldn't they? When there are two parties involved, it's too easy to blame the other one. ![]() ![]()

![]() Hi, I´m having a similar problem.
When people call me on my Cellip account There is no tone. The phone does not ring . If I callforward then it works. I have been abroad and have not used the phone for about 3 or 4 weeks. Before that it works. Hope it get solve soon. Regards Helio |
