Incoming call form PSTN to SIP can't hear the caller sound.

I have find US PSTN Access Gateway #

+1-303-997-1197,
+1-617-399-8298,
+1-323-375-2897,
+1-321-251-1890
+1-832-369-6975

may be have a problem, my friend call me use this number to access my voxalot SIP number, call can connect but i can't hear caller's sound.

I'm using Linksys PAP2-NA + Voxalot US Server.

Check you firewall and STUN settings on your device. What are you using to receive the calls (ATA softphone etc).

at few week ago i can use the upper access number to recv call normaly, this week i can't hear caller sound, but i try to use china access no +86-21-31001856. & US +1-562-366-3171 is no problem, i'm using Linksys WRT54G + Linksys PAP2-NA. If i want to setting my device can you give me some info about firewall & STUN.

hi, martin. I tried a few access number,like shanghai, montreal,etc, all have the same problem. I think the sipbroker network has problem.

I reported similar problem about Sipbroker 2 days before, again I tried Chicago PSTN 1-312-205-6444 and Anaheim, CA 1-714-333-0397 sevreal time. Get connected but can not complete call or if using PBXes continuous dial tone.
