The Dial Test Line within VoXalot, is that routing ok...?

Also probably stupid question, but have you tried the HP device you're using with any other providers (is it only VoXalot that has a problem I mean? )

I know this is probably too much work...but try VoXalot with X-lite or Zoiper and see if you still have an issue dialing out...

No. The routing within voxalot gives no response when i click the test button.

i will try this part. The setting of voxalot with x-lite is different. all i can find is the ini file but not the details of each item. Is there any way i can find the settings, such as domain, dial plan etc? I have tried x-lite with Pennytel and it works pretty good

You need to enter a Test Number there first....

No, not working still
the error message that comes out is sip: not registered or proxy registration failed.
I am not sure if the problem is with Pennytel or voxalet because PennyTel is known for its hopeless service and customer support.
