BBP Global and VoXaLot

Has anyone got a dial plan working for BBP Global via V, and if so, how?. Going by the BBP site, to dial a 13XXXX number it needs to be prepended by 0612 and suffixed by a #. I registered BBP directly to my ATA (Netcomm V300) and dialled 0612131501# and it went to the Better Telecom company which is right. I tried it via V, prepending the 13 number with 0612, and putting an # on the end of the dial string, outside the parentheses but I get busy tone.

this has been tried before and it didnt work then - I have deleted them from my provider list now so unable to test now - Bill

BBP Global works registered in Voxalot for incoming calls.
I have not tried them for outgoing calls.
They do not peer with SIP Broker as evidenced in the SIP Broker provider listing [X].

Thanks guys, looks like it's a no-go. It does show as "registered" in my provider list, which doesn't necessarily mean, of course, that it's a given that it'll work, but I've requested a refund from them so here's hoping.
