One more question : if you report a problem from Paypal, this means you add 10 euro from you paypal account to betamax. But as I did, I pay betamax using my Visa card, can I do this from my paypal account, still ? I don't think so, but that's my question |

Try doing it through your credit card company if you're really keen but it might not be as easy. |

Another option to our issue with Betamax blocking voxalot may be to use a Linksys SPA3102 adapter?
From what I have read on various reviews it will support multiple outgoing voip providers and like voxalot does have dial plans and speed dial to support the different dialing scenarios you may want. In my case i would use voxalot as my main incoming provider and my voipcheap account as one of the outgoing voip providers. Before I go out and buy a SPA3102 can anyone confirm that this will work? Obviously the best solution is for Betamax to see the light and I am very happy with voxalot, but it has already been several weeks without any response from Betamax. |

By having Voxalot as your incoming, you'd still get call forwarding but no speed dials. I used to have speed dials in my SPA2100 by using the dial plan to replace say '20' with '0044201234567' and send via Betamax. My dial plan was about 700 characters!
