Calls not getting through

Guys

First I had a problem with au.voxalot.com being down and I've moved to us.voxalot.com. However, my calls to 800 toll free and toll calls are not getting through (both are on different providers set in smart dial plans)

My calls to other voxalot numbers are working fine

Can someone please check my account 516687 and see what's wrong?

So, I hit the Big Red Button now. Too bad, they did not offer any means to tell them what is going on, since http://scopezoom.com/vox.php is showing all servers online.

I have prepared my traceroute output, the logfile of my SIP-ATA with the errors (I have also tried with a softphone). Also, as it seems, their fail-ober strategy is not working. I have DNS SRV in my softphone ("Telephone" on OS X), and nothing happened.

Judging by another comment, the US server is offline, too? That might explain the SRV fail.

A traceroute goes till the server. So server is up. This must be something on the software side of the server.

Jesus! Now I have posted a reply and the forum says, that a moderator has to approve it, first. Huh? I had a few technical terms in it. Strange...

EDIT: I hit the button, too.

EDIT2: I find it strange, that there is only the three of us complaining...

This sounds to me like a 1-man operation.

Guys are there any alternatives which are more stable than voxalot? I'm really angry about the careless attitude of martin

Hi there! I got !!!13 multiple paid premium voxalot accounts!!! and running a business with it. I can’t continue with this anymore, every month servers from voxalot are down and it takes a long time until the notice it. I f somebody knows any alternative i would appreciate it..
