![]() This is a very simple question, but I find nothing whatever in documentation about how to check messages in my mailbox.
I just set up a free account. I called my sip:XXXXXX@voxalot.com address and left a message. I have received the email telling me I have a message "so you might want to check it when you get a chance by dialing extn *500. Thanks!" So, how to check the mailbox. What do I dial in order to enter ext *500. totally baffled... |

[/QUOTE] On your phone you dial *500 using the buttons on the phone - the system will then ask you for your pass word which you enter again using the phone buttons. You will then be taken to messages with the options read out to you by the lovely lady - replay, save, delete etc ![]() |

![]() If *500# does not work, you can also try 500#.
On some VoIP devices (phone or ATA), *50 may be a local device feature code, which will activate device features. This will not be transmitted to Voxalot. Voxalot will only get the last part "00#" which would be meaningless. |
