16 - Call forwarding via dial plan, i.e. ability to set up a call forward to any number (including PSTN)
21 - Dial plan fail over. i.e if dialling an entry fails, look for the next matching priority (if one exists) and try that one.
12 - User definable Voicemail answer delay and on/off.
13 - Call logs / history.
19 - Ability to re-org dial plan entries

I know that voting ceased quite a while ago, but my plea is for BBP Global. Item 10.

BBP Global seem to be very user unfriendly. I cannot get my softphone or ATA to contact them direct! They just seem to be a voicemail service, as far as I am able to use them!

Start? It's already provided and works fine. That's the whole of web call-back; it's PSTN to PSTN
