![]() Hi
SipBroker reports a green tick for *7605 - but I can't connect to it. I know you're supposed to dial *7605nnnnn where nnnnn is a conf number - but I've also done a dialplan for _42634 to call sip:main@sip.radiohandi.com Neither work - getting a "we're sorry" message. Is this their end? (and if so, why does it report a green tick?) Mr P! |

![]() Since they are actually accepting the call, rather than blocking it, then filtering to a general Error Message, SipBroker cannot determine whether the answering party is the person you wanted or a voicemail, it just sees that a connetion was established with the server (analogically it cannot tell if the right person answered, only that it got an answer)
Something similar happens trying to place calls to PhoneGnome users (web account only) without a PhoneGnome Box.... |

![]() That's right. If the destination answers the call (irrespective of whether it is a recording or person) SIP Broker will give the destination a green tick.
