Email update problem on member details section

A couple of days before I changed only my eMail details on Member Details section. After changing email address 2-3 days I couldn't access my voxalot account. It was an alert like "User not activated yet". I got the help from voxalot and then they activated my account. Still I don't understand that what's the reason! Now I saw my email address is incorrect and I want to correct it but I'm afraid after correcting I will lost connection again. Is anybody assist to me?

When you change email address, you have to re-verify your account by following the link in an email that is sent to your new address. Until you do that, your account is locked.

Yup! It was my mistake before I put incorrect email address. Now it's OK. Thank you.

It happened the same problem with the account of a friend of mine. I helped her to change the e-mail address, but she discarded the e-mail confirmation. Now, there is no access to the account configuration. The message is "User not activated yet".

What is the procedure to restore the previous e-mail and account access?

A PM containing the 6 digit account numbers to any one of the Administrators will get the job done.
