Voxalot Nokia e61i call problems help!!!

Hi everyone
i have just set up my home phone and mobile phone with pennytel/voxalot .My home phone works great but with nokia i can register to service recive calls but i can not make any calls !Eevry time i dial the number is connecting and then i hear the voice :SORRY THIS CALL CAN NOT BE CONNECTED" what i do wrong!!!! please help .
i use my home wireless connection with netcomm nb9w router .thanks a lot

Do you have a dial plan entry setup in Voxalot?

What happens when you dial *600?

No problems with *600 calls ,i can get echo test ,the only problem is whan i call any other numbers .
I am not sure witl dail plans i do not know how to set it up .

To call other people using your embedded provider you need to setup a dial plan. See Setting up a Smart Call (Dial Plan)

Thank you for your replay unfortunatly no luck .I can make a calls from my land line thru voxalot and my netcomm router ,but still have problem with my nokia e61i no poblems with inbound calls ,its only when i call out got same message (sorry connection could not be connected) i lost hope (((

Pennytel is an Australian VSP. The international prefix is 0011

i.e. 0011 <country-code> <number>

What numbers are you dialing through Pennytel?

i would like to set up my voxalot/pennytell to call
all queensland numbers
all australia national numbers
overseas numbers like ,sweden,norway ....
one more time thank you
i have try to call 0011 etc.......... still same problem sorry could not connect....

When you type the number into the "Test Number" field on the dial plan list what does it report when you click the "Test" button?

That looks good. So when you dial 07xxxxxxxx from your E61 can you please tell me the *exact* words of the audio message and I will tell you if it is our message or Pennytels.
