Porblem with Polycom IP 330 IP Phone

I am having issues with my polycom ip 330 voip phone. please find the below issues and attached document with clear screenshots.
1. Though network and power are perfect but I am not able to make any calls. When I dial any number, I see the error "URL call is disabled" on Display. 2. When I try to troubleshoot by enabling the DHCP or checking the SIP server settings, in the advanced tab I am not able to find network options. I am finding only the below options. 3. Though I have reset the phone by rebooting it and pressing 1,3,5,7 and giving MAC address as password the settings are not getting saved and even I do a fresh configuration of settings I am getting the below error. Please find the booting process. I am using Vocalocity as VoIP service provider. Please find the attachment for screenshots. Thanks, Sudheer |
Are you trying to use Voxalot?

More specifically, Voxalot has shut down it's service because bandwidth costs were too high. Everyone got at least 2 month's notice that Voxalot was shutting down.
Sip Sorcery has been promoting their service to ex Voxalot customers. It has a lot of potential, in many cases is better than Voxalot, but not nearly as user friendly as was Voxalot. |
