Settings for dynalink rta1046vw
Hi,
I have a voxalot prem account. I have registered both mynetfone and gotalk with voxalot, but have been unable to get registered with my dynalink and voxalot. These are my settings SIP Basic Settings Phone 1: VOIP mode (The registration is failed. You can not make VOIP phone calls through this port now.) Phone 2: PSTN mode (The registration is failed. You can not make VOIP phone calls through this port now.) Interface: Primary LANpppoe_8_35_1 SIP Transport Protocol: UDP Port: 5060 VoIP Service Provider: Others SIP Registrar Address: au.voxalot.com Port: 5060 SIP Outbound Proxy: au.voxalot.com Port: 5060 SIP Proxy Server Address: au.voxalot.com Port: 5060 Registration Information Phone Phone Number Caller Name User Name Password 1 665xxx myname 665xxx XXXXXX |
The setup above looks coorrect....
I would ensure that the au cluster is selected when logged into VoXalot... If the problem persists try using us.voxalot.com or eu.voxalot.com and see if anything changes... Also have you been able to use your Dynalink ATA with any other Voip Providers, except VoXalot? |
