Silence instead of voicemail greeting?

I'm currently a new user, so I might have missed something... but here is my problem...

I've got a DID with vbuzzer, which I tried to:

Forward to Voxalot using my pap2
Register with Voxalot and let him connect to my pap2

With either scenario, unanswered incoming calls will pick it, but no greatings will be played and most of the time I'm left with a 8s or so seconds message of silence... only a few will start actually speaking

I've configured in the VM the name, unavailble and busy messages but with no luck...

Did anyone experience something similar and if so, how did you fix it?
