Default Web callback down?

The callback does not seem to work - no matter what I dial: My phone rings, but not the other end...

I just made a test call through Web Callback and it worked normally for me.

Can you give us a little more information, including what providers you were using on each leg?

I am also unable to use the web callback. It is very unreliable at the moment. Mostly, the first leg is completed successfully but it rarely if ever connects to the destination or the second leg. I tried various combinations and used different providers without success. I believe the web callback was working in the beginning when Voxalot rolled out the service but got broke down the line I guess.

I tried to use Gizmo Project, Wengo, FWD and Terracall in various combinations. Wengo to FWD *393613 connects successfully though.

It looks like web callback needs some real work and more rigorous testing before it can become reliable.

I would appreciate any feedback.

It has not changed since day 1. The problems you mention are usually related to the provider combination (see the sticky in this forum).
