Post Need IP of voxalot

Hi,

i am a reseller of XXX voip company.I do not have freedom to use my own providers with their service.so i decided to go for voxalot to use my own voip providers.please help me , what i have to do to send traffic to xxx voip company.

i did everything as u said. My question is : if my client is trying to call, then what will happen ? means, on which ip traffic will go?

let me explain. Actually, i am reseller of xxx company.i have a separate control panel.so that i can control everthing from my control panel, except routes.there is no freedom to use my own providers with their system.this is my problem.

if my clients call from sip phone then what will happen and what i have to do to send traffic to ur ip ?

-The way VoXalot works is that the caller registers their phone (either ATA or SoftPhone) with VoXalot...

-Within VoXalot they set up different providers they want to use

-They also set up Dial plans (eg. all numbers starting with 1 will be dialed with provider xxx for example)

-VoXalot is not a reseller platform, each of your clients need to get their own VoXalot acct and use whichever providers they wish, whether it be xxx or another provider (however you could help configure their accounts for them, or instruct them how to configure their VoXalot account)

-Also keep in mind that the free accounts will let you configure multiple providers for outgoing calls, however for multipls DIDs for incoming calls a Premium account is required for each user....
