Default All calls to my voxalot account are going to voicemail

All calls to *061xxxxxxx are being forward to voicemail, however calls coming in via my VSP are successfully connecting to my ATA (not my ATA has no direct connection to my VSP). Any ideas on what's going on?

I assume you have a premium acct. Any chance you set an ANY rule to Call FW to VoiceMail (if some calls are coming in, but others aren't Call FW rules are most likely the culprit here)

Correct I am a premium account member, but I don't have any rules. I actual tried to create one when I started to notice this problem to forward all calls to pennytel, but that didn't help.

Does calling *010xxxxxx rather than *061xxxxxx make a difference?
