401 Unauthorized

I have a Cisco 7960 running 8.4 code and I am able to dial 600 for the echo test.

My problem is, in sniffer traces I see that I am constantly sending SIP Register requests and the return response is 401 Unauthorized.
In between I see that I am sending an ICMP Port Unreachable packet indicating Source port 5060 and Destination port 50434.

I have two FWD accounts on the first two lines which register fine.

Can anyone help with this?
