Default Voicemail Problem

I still have no voicemail. That is a caller gets into voicemail system and can leave message. I can see message and can listen to it on Voxalot - Home but when dialling 500 the system asks me my mailbox number and after entering that and correct pin it says: Login incorrect. In the apst I only had to enter my pin not my mailbox number.

I have this issue for quiet some time now. Any idea what is wrong here?

I created an other voxbasic account I use for testing and dialing 500 goes ok here.
