Web Callback with Quintum DX

hi there, have a small telecoms company in ireland , was trying to get the webcallback to work , i set up my Quintum DX (Sip enabled) as the provider , tried to make a call from my mobile in ireland 35386xxxx to usa , the web callback said ' call is being iniated' but didint see anything or any call attempts on the quintum , is there something that i did wrong ,tried checking everything not sure if i missed something.

hope someone can advise , thanks in advance

Hi,

For testing purposes, try using the provider for one call leg. ie to call yor mobile (as the SIP provider expects it) and in the bottom field enter:

*393613 via SIP Broker

If this works then the provider may not be stup to handle boh call legs. See how you go first.

hi martin , thanks for the reply.

problem was that my firewall had access-lists so i had to add voxalot ip's to the firewall in order for the calls to get through.

once i did that , it worked like a beauty. thanks a mil. great service.
