Problem with .eu server
The server status indicates that there is a problem with the .eu server. This is affecting our connection to Pennytel. We get the message:"This account is not valid". When I make the call directly via Pennytel, it goes through OK. Martin, I will PM you my account numbers.
Could you please investigate? Thanks edit: I have been contacted by Pennytel. They have blocked access to their service via Voxalot because a few people have found ways to use Voxalot to defraud Pennytel. Pennytel's Ashleigh has posted that, once the 10M free minutes promo has finished, they will restore the ability to make calls via Voxalot.
