Help with callback using SipBroker

I can't seem to get Voxalot callback working using SipBroker.

I have an SPA3000 registered with Oztell and a five digit Oztell number xxxxx. I thought all I needed to do was get Voxalot to dial 698xxxxx for one of the call legs, but this doesn't seem to work. I tried *698xxxxx and it didn't work either.

Can SKS please tell me what I should enter here?

Hi,

*698 prefix is correct, however I suspect your OZtell number after that is a bit longer than 5 digits.

Hopefully someone that has used OZtell with SIP Broker can help out.

Thanks for the tip Martin. You were right. I was getting my oztel login id (5 digits) mixed up with my sip number. For the record, all I needed to do was add 899060 in front of my 5 digit login id to get my proper sip number.
