Can't get calls out - eu
Anyone else having problems getting calls out?
I'm on the EU server and unable to call out, voicemail or echo test. I can ping it fine, so the server must be there... I was on the US server as well, with same thing -- maybe it's on my end... [edit] Forgot to add, registration is ok. Last edited by kendid; 03-05-2009 at 06:42 AM. |

I'm having exact same issue on AU server (which other forum traffic suggests was rebuilt earlier today).
My ATA is registered to the server OK, and all my VSP accounts are working when called directly, but calling via Voxalot gives only a long silence. Ping is ok to server as well. |

Thanks, glad it's not just me.
I was able to get a couple of calls out -- and they went through right away. But for the most part, nothing is going through. Guess they have a couple of things they need to iron out... |

Test Call applet work?
Having similar problems on au server. Check your dial plan config page. Try different Test Calls. I find the calls that work there (ie voxalot/sip calls) work on my phone too. All other calls timeout on that test thing, and dont work on my phone.
Voxalot seems to not be placing calls to providors properly, but why the dial plan test applet should be connected to the actual call routing i cant imagine.. |

Yes, you are correct. I tried a test call with one VSP on the dial plans, and it just hung. Tried it with callcentric (which is currently working) and it gave a proper response...
At least we know we can stop fiddling with our equipment, obviously a problem on their end.. |

I'm confirming the same problem.
From my ATA I can't dial absolutely anything, not even *500. However from twinkle SIP phone calling works without any problem; *500, *600 internal dialing plus dial plan calls. Must be some server (miss)configuration. I hope we get some answers soon. (PS - calls from vox to vox numbers fail and INVITE is sen't 3,4 minutes after hanging up, weird) |
