Default US Proxy1 server is experiencing technical difficulties

Please note that the the proxy01.us1.voxalot.com server is currently experiencing some problems.

We have a ticket with our provider (ServerBeach), but don't yet have an ETA for when it will be back up.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We will update this thread with any news as it becomes available.

Why isn't the service rerouted automatically via another provider to another working server within the first millisecond? This thing is out for second day and you guys still did not reroute affected users to another server?

You should do that first immidiately and then you can post a note telling users that they have been rerouted to another server further away that they may experience maybe increased latency or something of that sort. Actual outage, especially if it is longer than few milliseconds, is NOT acceptable for any company that handles telephone traffic.

Especially for the mainstream users, that pay for the service, this amaturish way to do business is totaly unacceptable and it is happening with increased frequncey at Voxalot.

I don't understand why ANYONE, including the free users, should be forced to reregister with another server or wait days for you to restore service at one affected server but why the users that PAY for the service are not rerouted immediately to another working server is totally beyond me. Is there a reason or you are trying to basically piss-off the paying users on purpose?

Voxalot already have a failover strategy described HERE. Have you tried it?

Guys we are still awaiting a response from ServerBeach. We will advise once our current problem is communicated to us.

Once again, apologies for the inconvenience.

The 2nd U.S. server was finally made available to us at Thu Apr 16th 18:41 GMT.

We sincerely hope the problems at ServerBeach have been resolved and apologise for the inconvenience.
