hop on/in

is there anyone out here can help me find a tutorial for this hop on/in thing?
i just like to find a way i can call home and dial from outside as if im using my home phone. the reason is, for me to able to use the dial plan i put. anyone?

Consider to buy Linksys(Sipura) 3000 or 3102. There are lot of information available on Voxilla forum. The administration manual of Sipura explain in detail to setup Hop on/in.
