Pattern Help Needed Please
Hi folks.
I'm trying to set up a pattern so that when I press *1, the call is transferred to my preferred VOIP provide who has a voip phonebook where 1 corresponds to the first person in the list. I want to be able to do the same for 2, 3, etc. When I set up a pattern of _*Z it will not forward to my voip provider. Can anyone explain? Thanks Steve |

SIPBroker - Provider White Pages
An entry starting with[*] is automatically forwarded by Voxalot to Sipbroker, which attempts to match the first 4 or 5 characters with a provider in the White Pages list. To force Voxalot to go to your dial plan, you could set up the pattern using the Advanced Settings screen to match 1* instead, as follows : Pattern: 1*xxxxx. Replacement: ${EXTEN:2} Provider: Your_Preferred_provider Active: Yes Everything else below that set to N0 The numeric entry after you dial 1* has to be as required by your provider. Based on your location, and required Country or Area codes, you can enter multiple Rules in you dial plan to add any required prefix and to match what the provider requires. _... |
