Default Service provider phantom 'registered'

Hi

In what has become a saga to get this voxalot account working I know seem to have a problem where voxalot claims to have the provider (MyNetFone) in a registered state however after support calls to MNF I am assured that nothing had registed with the account.

In fact now I have unactivated the provider and its still claiming to be 'registered'

Registering / Deregistering providers can take up to 10 mins to kick in. If you are still having problems please PM your account number.

thanks

I just PM'd you the account number as its still "registered" today even though its inactive. Shoud we perhaps blow this account away and create a new one since this one seems cursed?

Note that if the VSP account is registered in another Voxalot account, it will report as registered in any other Voxalot account where it is set up. I am not sure if the active/inactive status makes a difference for this reporting.

Do you have this VSP registered in another Voxalot account by any chance ?

Regards
