Calls disconnected before 30 seconds

Hi guys

Im using three different providers but when I use Allo it disconnects the calls before 30 seconds, most of them exactly at 30 seconds. Any clue what can be happening??

Hello and welcome,

This problem sounds very much like a re-invite issue. Is it possible that allo require re-invites?

Another thing I would try is to restrict the codecs within the provider settings to ulaw;alaw and try again.

Hi Martin

I restricted the codecs with no luck, actually the call is not hang up .. the sound is lost but it reamins connected. I dont know if allo requires the re-invites. Any suggestion?

An update... this is happening with both x-lite and PAP2 adaptor.

We have no real experience with allo so hopefully someone else in the community that does use allo can give some suggestions?
