EU Server Problem

A few minutes ago we fixed a DNS issue with our EU server. Once again, we apologise for the disruption.

I am really surprised it is solved so soon and it didn't last days before we hear anything.

Hopefully it will be this way more frequently (but more hopefully there will be no more problems with the service in the near future).

This problem was on our side and I need to get to the bottom of who/why made a change to our DNS resolver.

Please bear with us while we work through these issues and bring the service back to its stable form.
