e164 not accepting new PSTN registrations

I tried about 6 times today within a 1 hour span to register a new PSTN number on my e164.org account without luck. Once I enter and submit the details, the page simply resets and I do not get to the ping verification page.

I tried with both Chrome and IE.

Can someone check to see if the site is malfunctioning?

Okay, I got it to call me back and after a few rescheduled calls, I finally got the number verified. I guess its working again now, but it is a little shaky.
