Default Voice mail doesn't work

Hello, I just signed up for basic service and voicemail doesn't seem to work. When someone calls there is no generic message and the system won't record a not avaliable message. Any information on the voice mail system??? Still not working after flipping switch at web site...Also will not allow unavalaible message to be recorded or any of the others..

tried and seemed working for me.

WM will be emailed to your email account. see if any emails received.

You may need to enable it though...when logged into your Voxalot acct. online use the Voicemail tab, you should see a page where you can turn VM On/Off...

Hello all, this is DonDino accessing the forum with our new company login. We are looking to become another Premium member (I am already a Premium member on my home/personal account) as a company, however this simple voicemail problem is putting us off.

digital5 did mention it doesn't work even though it's enabled on the web panel. We are having the same problem here. The voicemail is enabled on the website, but calls are not going to voicemail, instead the caller hears the busy tone after the voicemail timeout.

Also, the IVR does not let us record any greeting whatsoever, neither the unavailable one nor the busy or temporary ones.

This happens both with this new company account as well as with my personal account.

Any chance of getting some support on this issue?

I'm having the same problem with an account I created for my nephew on March 13th. The account is enabled on the voicemail page.
