Calls from Asterisk to VoipProvider via Voxalot

Hi,

I have setup a voip provider in my voxalot account and whilst using an IP phone or an softphone like eybeam/xlite I am able to call through the voip provider through my voxalot account.

The issue is when I configure the voxalot account into my asterisk box and then dial out, I am unable to do so. I get the recording "Sorry the number you have called could not be connected, please try again"!

I am able to perform the echo test, and can call internal voxalot numbers, but the moment I try making pstn calls, it will not go through and give me the above recording. I know I have the proper settings on voxalot because like I emntioned if I place the call using a softphone or an independent IP phone it works. It iwll not work when using calling through Asterisk! And that too to PSTN via voip provider as the internal calls work fine!

Can anyone from Voxalot comment on this?
