Default How to dial US Voxalot member?

Hi,
I'm a voxalot member in Australia with the "preferred server cluster" set as "au.voxalot.com"

My sister is Voxalot member in US with the "Preferred server cluster" set as "us.voxalot.com"

When I'm using the dial plan to test her voxalot number and it resolved to xxxxxx@au.voxalot.com

But when she used her dial plan to test my voxalot number it always resolved to xxxxxx@us.voxalot.com

We haven't been able to call each other via voxalot.

Am I correct in assuming that xxxxxx@au.voxalot.com is the same as xxxxxx@us.voxalot.com. and vice versa?

If that the case, then what did we do wrong?

We both in our ATA registered to voxalot.

Thanks in advance.

All clusters interconnect. You should be able to call your sister by dialing:

*010xxxxxx where xxxxxx is her VoXaLot account.

Yes, I did dial her number using *010xxxxxx but it did not ring.

Could the firewall has blocked the port?

That's a possibility. Try:

1. Dialling *600 from each extension and make sure echo test works
2. Call one of the SIP Broker access numbers http://www.sipbroker.com/sipbroker/action/pstnNumbers and at the prompt dial *010xxxxxx
