I cant upgrade my account to VoxLite
when i click on paypal and ( I Agree to the terms and conditions ) i get this message :
Error Sorry, but the payment service is currently unavailable. Please wait another 24 hours before trying again. |

i had e-mail them and send me this response ::
Sorry, but due to a large amount of payment fraud from the middle east, our payment service is no longer accepting any payments from that region. i had replay to them and propse to have Reseller program like gtalk2voip reseller .. |
