Callcentric Provider registration
Hi,
I registered my callcentric plan with voxalot but none of my outbound calls seem to be going through. I seem to hit a message that starts with we re sorry and then the call drops. Callcentric support says that they have not recieved any invites? Where have I gone wrong ? thanks in advance |

Setting Register to yes within the Voxalot provider detail's screen means incoming calls to your Callcentric number will ring your Voxalot account.
Did you set up a Callcentric entry under the Voxalot Dial Plan so your calls out will use it as a provider? Voxalot doesn't know who to use as a provider for your calls out until you set up instructions in your Dial Plan page of your account portal on Voxalot. It sounds like that could be your problem. |

I've just discovered that Callcentric does not need to be SIP Registered for incoming calls.
At CC, you can set up call treatments and redirect all calls to: voxalotid @ [au|us|eu].voxalot.com From experience, I have found that using no cluster code is less reliable and sometimes incoming calls go straight to voicemail; this issue doesn't seem to crop up if using the cluster code. |
