Voxalot voicemail or other providers voicemail

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question. I have Oztell and Mynetfone registered in Voxalot.

When I call my Oztell DID after 20 or so seconds of ringing (registered in ENUM) it diverts to my Oztell voicemail which I have setup. When I call my Mynetfone DID after the specified time, it is answered by the Voxalot voicemail.

Is there a reason why it is not answered by the Mynetfone voicemail system?

I would guess that the Voxalot voicemail is kicking in before the MNF voicemail.

You can change this setting on the Voxalot member details page.

Thanks martin. I'll increase the length of time before it answers to see if that works.

Also would you know why my voice mail messages are not being emailed to me?
