all of a sudden: no betamax registration -> no calls??

Hi,

at my voive provider settings I read:
VoipCheap xxxxx sip.voipcheap.com Yes Request Sent
and no calls possible ??

I have nothing changed!! Why can't you log me in at voipcheap anymore

Please solve! I'll get a visitor who needs to call abroad!!
I need my voip phone working!
