first i could not get it worked either. but i noticed that i didnt change the server in my ATA. after i changed the server in both my ATA and voxalot web-portal it works fine now.

How can I have real time update? I click on 'HERE' link found on Martin posts and it link to facebook website, at this point which is the group to add myself?

The next release of the Voxalot website will contain a new member option for "real time" updates (just wrote it now while i'm waiting for DC updates).

We will also have a service status page that when updated, will email all members that enable their "real time" updates option.

At the moment though, i'm afraid periodically checking the forum is your best bet.

At this stage we have no definite answer either way. At the moment we are waiting for the next status update.

For now though, I would suggest flipping over to the other servers.

I will post more once I know.

Update We have been advised that the problem should be resolved this afternoon (Netherlands time).

The data center have also scheduled an emergency maintenance:

Start window: Thu 29 Nov 2007 00:01
End window: Thu 29 Nov 2007 03:00

as a result of the issues last night we need to schedule an emergency maintenance window. During this window some downtime might occur while routing traffic between our two core routers. Downtime will be minimized as much as possible.

We will also upgrade the IOS of our core routers within this maintenance window.

Our apologies for the short notice.

Once again, we apologise for this disruption in our service.

Update The official word from the NOC was that the recent outage was due to core network issues.

At this stage we have no additional details to provide, however we will post more information as it becomes available.

Once again we apologise for the interruption to the service.
