au.voxalot.com problems

Yesterday afternoon, I lost registration to au.voxalot.com. Checked the Service Status Details, which had a truncated message next to the server:

A limited set of users may be experiencing some di.......

I happen to be one of those users. All other servers are operational so I registered my gear to eu.voxalot.com.
Any idea how long it will be before we can reconnect? I usually get an email when the Service Status changes, but I didn't this time.

My SPA registration log says last registered 17th May - so been up for me as far as I can tell - Bill

Yep, been down for over 12hrs so far - pretty crappy for the money I pay!

On EU server now and will stay there for a while till things settle.

Voxalot support is pretty much non existent - the lack of info coming back to users is pretty much nil.

Extremely poor for a paid service.

I was going o leave last year when they had a big outage but I thought I'd give them another year. Once my subscription runs out this year i will not be renewing.
