Default Voxalot Au down?

VoIP Provider Outage Log | Oz VoIP Status VoIP Monitoring - from a website which monitors providers.
I am unable to make calls via Voxalot and other friends have rung me via the PSTN to confirm they are unable to use Voxalot - Bill

The AU proxy appears to be down. We have raised a support ticket with the data centre and will advise you all of any updates.

It looks like the server suffered a kernel crash. We will continue to investigate further.

Voxalot apologises for any inconveniences caused today.

I still cannot login to the au server, but can login to the eu and us server. Can you sort this out ASAP!

Both my devices are working and registered (SPA3000 and Siemens C470ip) - maybe a reboot of your gear? - Bill

I have rebooted the devices many times. The only thing I change is the server from US to AU and it fails. Its definately something to do with the AU server, I think it has something to do with when I created my account the AU server was down and hasn't copied accross my registration info!

I also have problems with outgoing calls via my Voxalot Premium accounts.

Changing au.voxalot.com to us.voxalot.com for my sip server, proxy & register server fix the issue.
