the au server has been down for days

Leave us Aussies alone
 I believe Voxalot's servers? are in Brisbane. If you read/listen to the news they have had a bit of moisture there recently.  Perhaps this is the trouble |

The data centre have advised that the server needs to be replaced. This is happening this morning. I will call them to get an update.

Server has been replaced. Just waiting for the networking guys to hook up the network.

Service has been restored to the AU server. As advised the server needed to be replaced due to faulty hardware. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Why, under Service Status Details, does the Status of the au.voxalot.com server indicate 'A limited set of users may be experiencing some di' rather than Operational?
