Voxalot Calls to 800 -> Disconnect when on hold

Calls made through Voxalot to any 800 Toll Free number in US disconnect when placed on hold.

I have faced this problem with almost every 800 number.

Anyone else over here faced this problem ?

Calls through my other VSPs go fine and dont disconnect when placed on hold.

Does your ATA happen to be an SPA 3000?

No I am using Asterisk PBX to talk to Voxalot & Innomedia ATA to talk to my Asterisk PBX.

Kind of a (half) shot in the dark here but make sure you are not using any silence supression.
