I'm getting "the number you have dialled is not in service".

I'll raise a support ticket with my VOIP provider.

Your problem might be that you are using the VSP to dial the number.... do they support Sipbroker dialling? Voxalot does, if you use Voxalot to call via Sipbroker codes then you should be fine.
