Bad quality when using Voxalot

Hello

I am using my VoiP device (FRitz!Box) for callthrough purposes: I am calling it using a cell phone (through a VoIP line), enter a password and get a line to dial out again.

Things work fine if I configure the device so I call out through sipdiscount directly. However, if I am calling out through Voxalot (which is configured to route the call through sipdiscount), I am almost always getting such bad quality that I have to cancel the call.

FYI codec settings in Voxalot = standard = g729;ilbc;gsm;ulaw;alaw

Hi,

Have you tried taking out some of the Codecs in the provider settings in VoXaLot?

Moven the ulaw and alaw to the beginning. Did not help...
