Help getting SipBroker numer to work

I have been trying for hours to get my sipbroker number to work to no avail.
I have used my incoming did number provider which accepts redirect and it doesn't work. My short number is 1-863594. I tried the 561 number listed for testing and I received answer with no problem, but no way to get the incoming forward working.

After the SipBroker System responding, you would dial *011-1863594

However, if this is not working continuously, then maybe the way you have registered your sip uri with sipbroker is wrong.

Try:

username@proxy
NumericID@proxy

Check that you have the right proxy for your provider, and unfortunately if all fails, maybe your provider does not accept calls from outside their network, get in touch with their support...
