Woize is down?

Hi,
Got an account at woize.com but seems to be down for several days.
Wanted to add it to voxalot but no chance as it seems my account(with money inside) is not recognized anymore.
Another stange thing is that those guys seem to be "dead" . No answering the phone, no answering emails,forum goes to an eror page etc..Strange because this company seems to be serious and fair.
The other point is that when you try to register to their service (as they seem to have cancelled my account) you can't finish the registration because the list of countries you're living in does not exist (try and you'll see)
Anyone faces the same issue?
