Web Callback not working for me

For some reason when I use web Call back it will ring both phones but it will not connect them. Is this a vsp problem? I am using 2 seperate accounts on internetcalls.com and voipcheap.com. Thanks for any help you can give.

--I tried making calls directly through one of my providers (voipcheap.com) and it was having trouble connecting to the dialed number. So I think this is a vsp problem, thanks anyways.

After reading the forums more, i found that other people have had trouble using both providers. I also had a new problem that occured. It seems that one of my calls never disconnected and it stayed connected until all the credit in my vsp was used up. Infact, my vsp says I have a negative balance. I don't understand how this happened because the vsp I was using to call the number that didn't disconnect was through voipcheap, but it showed up on internetcalls. Im very confused about this. I don't know if it is a problem with the vsp or with voxalot. Wish there was some way to check call logs. Im upset about loosing my 10 euros as I just refilled my credit yesterday.
