![]() It's not just a problem of being able to search for it, it is more a problem of new people even knowing it exists....

![]() I used VoxFox this afternoon to call a mobile number. My VoIP phone rang but was totally silent. I hung on for about thirty seconds waiting to be connected. After this prolonged silence without ringing tone or anything, I hung up. I then rang the mobile directly via Voxalot (not using VoxFox) and the call went through OK.
I then noticed an email from Voxalot in my inbox with a 30 second voice mail. To my surprise, it contained the ringing tone, then the voice of the person I was calling saying:"Hello, hello....hello......hello." until she hung up. Thus, the call to the mobile was made, but instead of connecting it to my VoIP phone, it was connected to voice mail. Strange. Btw, my number is 732994.

![]() That's a bit odd. My best guess is that your mobile was temporarily unreachable (either busy or network congestion) and so your leg got sent to voicemail. I will have a look in the logs to see if I can see anything untoward.
If it happens again, please let us know. -- Craig |

![]() Sorry, Craig, I gave you the wrong number. I have corrected it in my last post. I'll let you know if I have any further problems.
Thanks Mark

![]() Question - how is VoxFox making calls?
i.e. I presume somewhere it has your Voxalot account details held, and/or uses VoxConnect? |

![]() So it relies on you being logged in?
Shame if thats the case - my VoxConnect "Lite" idea (i.e. normal Voxalot users using it) would be quite handy for most people! I can see a handy Outlook plugin, IE plugin, desktop shortcuts etc etc. Rather irksome as I like to play with things like that but can't currently! ![]() |
